As BASISTEK Information Technologies, we are proud to have successfully completed the first phase of the AIOps Project we have been carrying out with Halkbank. To mark this important milestone, we came together in a pleasant and celebratory atmosphere and commemorated the achievement with a cake-cutting ceremony.

As one of the key milestones in Arkas Holding’s digital transformation vision, the upgrade of the BMC Helix ITSM platform from version 20.02 to 23.3—completed under the consultancy of Basistek—enabled both the transition from an on-premise infrastructure to a cloud-based (SaaS) architecture and the completion of a comprehensive end-to-end modernization process.

Basistek ranked 10th in the Türkiye-Based Manufacturer – Service (Installation / Maintenance / Support Service) category.

Basistek Information Technologies returned from the BMC Software Sales Kickoff FY26 event, held between April 14–17, 2025 at the Fontainebleau in Las Vegas, with a prestigious award.
