BG.PL.01 Information Security Management System (ISMS) Policy

1. PURPOSE

The purpose of this policy is to protect the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information assets processed within the scope of all services provided by BASISTEK Information Technologies Industry and Trade Inc., and to ensure the effective implementation of the Information Security Management System (ISMS).

2. SCOPE

This policy applies to:

  • All employees of the organization

  • Suppliers and business partners

  • All information assets and systems used in the delivery of services

 

3. POLICY COMMITMENTS

BASISTEK Information Technologies is committed to:

  • Identifying, analyzing, and managing information security risks through appropriate controls

  • Protecting information assets against unauthorized access, modification, loss, or disclosure

  • Complying with all applicable legal, regulatory, and contractual requirements, particularly those related to personal data protection regulations

  • Providing regular information security awareness training to employees

  • Monitoring, reporting, and effectively managing information security incidents

  • Implementing appropriate measures to support business continuity

  • Ensuring that suppliers and third parties comply with applicable information security requirements

  • Continuously improving the Information Security Management System (ISMS)

 

4. RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Senior Management shall provide the necessary resources for the establishment, implementation, maintenance, and continual improvement of the ISMS.

  • All employees are responsible for complying with this policy and supporting information security objectives.

 

5. CONTINUAL IMPROVEMENT

ISMS performance shall be regularly monitored and continually improved through:

  • Internal audits

  • Management reviews

  • Risk assessment results

 

6. EFFECTIVE DATE

This policy becomes effective on the date of publication and is binding on all employees.
