AIOps and Discovery Project Successfully Completed for Our Turkey-Based Home Appliance Manufacturing Client

We have successfully completed the AIOps and Discovery Project carried out for our Turkey-based home appliance manufacturing client, a globally recognized brand in the retail sector that serves millions of customers around the world.
As part of the project, a comprehensive discovery and service modeling initiative was carried out to enhance the visibility of the organization’s hybrid IT infrastructure (on-premises and cloud environments) and enable more effective management of operational processes.
Through periodic discovery mechanisms, the entire IT inventory was consolidated and made visible on a single platform. Network devices, servers, storage systems, load balancers, and other critical infrastructure components were automatically discovered and centrally managed within a unified environment.
Using the discovery data, relationships between IT components and business services were modeled, resulting in the creation of comprehensive business service maps. This enabled events and alerts occurring within the infrastructure to be assessed not only at the technical component level but also in terms of their direct impact on business services.
Supported by AIOps capabilities, the solution provided effective alarm consolidation while significantly reducing the time required for operations teams to identify root causes. In addition, network and infrastructure performance became more transparent, meaningful, and manageable through a business service-oriented approach.
