Successfully Completing the First Phase of Our AIOps Project with Halkbank

As BASISTEK Information Technologies, we are proud to have successfully completed the first phase of the AIOps Project we have been carrying out with Halkbank.
To mark this important milestone, we came together in a pleasant and celebratory atmosphere and commemorated the achievement with a cake-cutting ceremony.
The success of the project was built upon the strategic support of Gökhan Balcı, Head of IT at Halkbank, and our CEO Mehmet Ali Ceylan. In addition, Dr. Barış Yavuz, IT Department Manager, and Ercan Yağmur, MBA, PMP, ITIL® Expert and IT Manager, played a critical role through their technical leadership, coordination, and guidance throughout the project.
On behalf of #TeamBasistek, Merve Adalı, MBA, and Bilal Postacı were instrumental in the successful delivery of the project through their end-to-end project management, team coordination, and commitment to operational excellence.
This achievement stands as a tangible reflection of a strong culture of collaboration, a shared vision, and a sustainable approach to technology. At the same time, it establishes a solid foundation for the upcoming phases of the project and future innovation initiatives.
